As Love&Letters continues to grow, we’re expanding our Core Team with passionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who want to take a more active role in our organization. Core Team members work behind the scenes to manage our programs, support our volunteers, grow our impact, and help shape the future of Love&Letters.
Open Positions
Secretary
Helps keep Love&Letters organized by managing meeting notes, important records, schedules, documents, and other administrative responsibilities.
Volunteer Coordinator
Supports our growing volunteer community by assisting with volunteer communication, card submissions, service-hour verification, records, and general volunteer needs. Applicants 18+ are recommended for this position.
Chapter Director
Oversees and supports Love&Letters school chapters by communicating with Chapter Leaders, assisting with onboarding, reviewing updates, providing resources, and helping chapters remain active and successful.
Social Media Director
Oversees the Love&Letters Social Media Team and helps coordinate content, campaigns, team assignments, branding, and our overall social media presence.
Advocacy Director
Leads the Love&Letters Advocacy Committee in researching causes, communities, and issues for our organization to support and bring awareness to. This role also helps identify potential card recipients and develop advocacy initiatives.
Grant Writers & Researchers
Research funding opportunities that align with our mission and assist with identifying, organizing, and preparing grant applications to support Love&Letters programs and initiatives.

The Love&Letters Advocacy Committee is a group of passionate individuals dedicated to researching important causes, communities, and issues that align with our mission. Committee members help Love&Letters identify meaningful ways to raise awareness, expand our impact, and ensure our initiatives reach communities that could benefit from support and encouragement.
What You'll Do
As a member of the Advocacy Committee, you may:

Research causes, awareness initiatives, and communities for Love&Letters to highlight

Identify hospitals, nonprofits, community organizations, and other potential card recipients

Recommend new card campaigns and advocacy initiatives

Research awareness months and important observances

Help develop ideas for educational and advocacy content

Collaborate with other committee members to present recommendations to Love&Letters leadership
